HYAS is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our existing team in Austin, Texas. You will be one of the founding team members and work closely with the team lead to establish processes and develop sales development strategies. Successful candidates will be comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous start-up environment. This is an opportunity for exposure to the entire sales cycle within a complex and nuanced cybersecurity SaaS environment.

What you'll do:

  • Follow-up with warm leads to qualify and set appointments
  • Craft and send personalized outreach emails
  • Identify and contact prospective clients to build pipeline through a variety of methods, including but not limited to: cold calling, emailing, and Linkedin
  • Handoff active leads to our account executives to assist in scaling the revenue of the company
  • Working closely with the team lead, you will learn our customer sales process.
  • Contribute to strategic efforts by supporting various Sales and Marketing projects
  • Leverage our CRM and other relevant tools such as Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator to keep track of targeted contacts and manage daily activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with the sales team through clear communication and follow-up

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years cold calling/lead generation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills via professional experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities at once
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience / familiarity working within a CRM
  • Relevant experience in a sales development role at a SaaS company
