If this sounds like you, then you should join us as a Senior Account Executive, where you will serve as key contact and liaison between HYAS and potential strategic clients during the initial sales process by quickly closing key plays driven by inbound and outbound leads. Ideal candidates should be results-oriented, possess outstanding customer facing skills and have a proven track record selling SaaS and Cloud bases services.

What You Will Be Doing:
Our Sales team is a growing group of sales professionals who are committed to excellence. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be running a full sales cycle and closing business prospects from mid-enterprise to Fortune 5. Your target contacts will come from a variety of sources, both multi-threaded marketing campaigns and self-generated lead development. This is a REMOTE opportunity.

● Building awareness and driving demand for HYAS security solutions by educating prospects and solving problems. This in return will lead to sales.
● Understanding attacker infrastructure and communicating how this is used in both reactive and protective nature for prospects.
● Assessing prospective customer security in layers gaps and demonstrating both corporate and production solutions for remediation and proactive capability.
● Collaborating across HYAS business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
● Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle, and closing complex transactions.

● 8+ years’ experience with outside B2B sales, from prospecting to closing
● A track-record of success in selling SaaS or cloud solutions into net new complex accounts.
● The ability to build relationships and credibility with both frontline customers and Executives
● Meets or exceeds the new quarterly business sales goals with consistent levels of daily/weekly activity.
● Plays an important role as needed in customer retention and identification of land and expand opportunities.
● Completes administrative duties, such as preparing sales presentations specifically geared toward solving a problem statement, keeping sales records in CRM, and filing expense account reports.
● Strong selling and negotiating skills
● Excellent communication skills, via phone and email (clear, enthusiastic; good listening skills; quick understanding of customer needs; strong sales skills; strong follow-up skills)
● Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations
● An inquisitive team player with outstanding integrity
● Knowledge and familiarity maintaining a pipeline using CRMs (HubSpot is preferred)
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
